Ms. Beverly Kay Matthews has been the Chairman of the company since April 2022. Previously, he served as the Vice Chairman of EY Americas and a Partner at Ernst & Young.

Mr. Philip C. Cox has been the Chief Operations Officer of the company since April 2019. Prior to this, he served in the company as the Head of EMEA and President of the UK Branch. He joined the company in 2009 as the Head of UK, Europe & Israel. Previously, Mr. Cox served as the Head of Commercial Banking at the Bank of Scotland (2008-2009) and the Chief Executive Officer of Torex Retail PLC (2005-2008). Earlier, he worked with NatWest/RBS Group and held various leadership positions, including Managing Director of Transport and Infrastructure Finance, Regional Managing Director of the North of England Region and the Managing Director for the South West and Wales business.

Ms. Kim Olson has been the Chief Risk Officer of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Risk Officer for SMBC in the Americas. Previously, she served as the Executive Officer of SMBC and Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group. She also worked with Deutsche Bank, AIG, Deloitte, Fitch Ratings and Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

Ms. Michelle A. Draper is the Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer of the company. Prior to this he held range of senior-level marketing positions at Charles Schwab & Co. from 1992 to 2013, including Senior Vice President- Institutional Services Marketing, Vice President-Advisor Services Marketing Programs, and Director-Investor Services Segment Marketing.

Mr. John Peters is the Chief Auditor of the company. Previously, he held various roles at Develco, Mercury Interactive, and KPMG.
