Mr. Goran Persson is the Chairman of the bank since 2019. Prior to this, he also served as Advisor at JKL Group from 2017 to 2021. Formerly, he served as the Chairman at Scandinavian Biogas Fuels between 2009 and 2021. He served as a Director of Alandsbanken from 2015 to 2019. Previously, he served as the Chairman at Sveaskog from 2008 to 2015; and Scandinavian Air Ambulance from 2010 to 2014. Earlier, he served as Swedish Prime Minister from 1996 until 2006; and Swedish Finance Minister from 1994 to 1996.

Mr. Jens Henriksson has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the bank since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Folksam from 2013 to 2019. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer at NASDAQ OMX Stockholm from 2010 to 2013. Formerly, he served as Global Head of Bank Relations of Swedbank, Senior Advisor of NASDAQ OMX, and Executive Director of International Monetary Fund. Earlier, he held positions at the Swedish Ministry of Finance from 1994 to 2006.

Mr. Jon Lidefelt has been the Chief Financial Officer of the bank November 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Baltic Banking of the bank from December 2019 to October 2024. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for the Baltic Banking at the bank. He was a Co-founder and Partner of LWC AB/Aperio Financial Consulting AB.

Ms. Lotta Loven has been the Chief Information Officer and Head of Group Technology and Data of the bank since 2020. Previously, she served as Head of Digital Banking of the bank. Previously she served as Head of Channels, Digital Innovation, and Digital Development in the bank. Formerly, she served as the Head of branch offices and a Member of HSB Bank.

Ms. Charlotte Rydin has been the Chief Legal Officer and Head of Group Legal of the bank since 2021. Prior to this, she served as General Counsel at Alecta from 2019 to 2020. Previously, she served as General Counsel at Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority from 2016 to 2019. Formerly, she served as Head of Financial Stability and Consumer Protection Department and General Counsel at Swedish National Debt Office between 2015 and 2016, Head of General Staff and General Counsel of Swedish National Debt Office from 2013 to 2015, and as General Counsel of Swedish National Debt Office from 2006 to 2013. She also served as Legal Counsel and Chief Compliance officer at Brummer & Partners in 2005. Earlier, she held various positions in Swedish National Debt Office and Swedbank.
