Mr. Reto Francioni has been the Chairman of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Deutsche Borse AG from 2005 to 2015. Earlier, he served as the Chairman of the SIX Swiss Exchange, the Co-Chief Executive Officer and Management Spokesman at Consors AG, and Member of Corporate Finance Divisional Management of Hofmann-La Roche, Basel.

Mr. Dieter Vranckx has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer at Brussels Airlines from 2018 to 2021. Previously, he worked as the Vice President of Lufthansa Group Sales Asia Pacific at Lufthansa Group and Vice President of Home Markets at Swiss International Air Lines Ltd. He also served as the Regional Director of USA Midwest and Canada at Lufthansa Cargo.

Mr. Markus Binkert has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President for Revenue Management & Distribution Hub Airline at Lufthansa Group from 2016 to 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Commercial Officer for the company from 2013 to 2018. He also served as Head of Marketing from 2010 to 2012 and Head of Product and Services of the company from 2008 to 2010.

Mr. Tamur Goudarzi Pour has been the Senior Vice President - Channel Management Passenger Airlines of the company since 2021. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Commercial Officer of the company. He served as the Vice President of Passenger Sales of The Americas at Lufthansa Group from 2017 to 2018. He served as the Vice President Passenger Sales Middle East / Africa at Lufthansa Group from 2014 to 2016. He held various positions such as the Director of Network Planning Hub Munich AG, General Manager of Central / Eastern Europe, General Manager of Iran, Head Alliances, Marketing & Pricing, Area Management Middles East / Africa from 2000 to 2014 at Deutsche Lufthansa AG.

Ms. Heike Birlenbach has been the Chief Commercial Officer of the company since 2024. Previously, she served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Lufthansa Airlines. She held various management roles related to sales and product development in London, Amsterdam, Milan, Munich, and Frankfurt.
