Mr. Christoph Aeschlimann has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since June 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Head of IT, Network and Infrastructure at the company from 2019 to 2022. Previously, he held various leadership positions at ERNI Group from 2012 to 2018. He also served as the Head of Switzerland and General Manager at D-A-CH & CIS, BSB from 2011 to 2012. Mr. Aeschlimann served as the Business Unit Manager at Zuhlke Group from 2006 to 2007. Earlier, he served as the Software Development Manager at Odyssey Asset Management Systems from 2001 to 2004.

Mr. Eugen Stermetz has been the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Business Steering of the company since March 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Treasurer from 2018 to 2021 and Head of M&A from 2017 to 2018 at the company. Previously, he served as a Director at SVOX AG from 2009 to 2011; Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of F-star GmbH from 2006 to 2008. Earlier, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Igeneon AG from 2001 to 2005.

Ms. Klementina Pejic has been the Chief People Officer and Head of Human Resources of the company since February 2021. Previously, she held various positions at Clariant, including Head of Group Human Resources from 2018 to 2021; Head of SMD & People Excellence from 2014 to 2017; and Head of Senior Development Management from 2012 to 2013. Prior to this, she served at Clariant as the Head of Global Talent Management from 2009 to 2011; and Head of Management Development of Europe region from 2008 to 2009. Earlier, Ms. Pejic served as a Consultant at Watson Wyatt AG from 2001 to 2002.

Mr. Mark Dusener has been the Chief Technology and Innovation Officer and Head of IT, Network & Infrastructure of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as Head of Mobile Network, Mobile Services & B2B Telco of the company from 2020 to 2024. Previously, he also served as Managing Director of Deutsche Telekom Healthcare and Security Solutions GmbH from 2019 to 2020.

Mr. Michael Rechsteiner has been the Chairman of the company since March 2021. Prior to this, he held various Senior level Managing roles at GE Power Services Europe, including Chief Executive Officer at GE Gas Power Europe from 2017 to 2021. Mr. Rechsteiner also served as the Vice President Global Product Lines and General Electric (GE) Officer of GE Power Services from 2015 to 2017; Chief Executive Officer and Senior Vice President of Power Service at Alstom Power from 2007 to 2015; and as the Chief Operating Officer of Sultex from 2003 to 2007. Earlier, he served as the Head of Power Plants and Vice President of Project Execution at Alstom Power from 2000 to 2002 and General Manager of ABB Power Generation Asia including several other roles at ABB Kraftwerke AG from 1990 to 2000.
