Mr. Jean-Yves Parisot has been the Chief Executive Officer company since March 2024. He has also served as the Head of Taste, Nutrition, and Health division of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he held various positions within the company, including Head of the Diana Division in 2014 and Head of the Food Division Diana in 2009. Previously, he served as Global Market Director of Food and Pharma at Air Liquide in 2006. He also served as Vice President of Global Marketing and Sales Development at Danisco in 2004.

Mr. Olaf Klinger has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at AMEOS Group from 2015 to 2016. He also served as Head of Accounting and Controlling, Head of global Finance Organization at Merck KGaA from 2009 to 2015. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Merck Serono SA from 2007 to 2009. He also served as Head of Treasury from 2002 to 2007. Earlier, he served as Head of Treasury at Mannesmann Corp from 1996 to 2002.

Mr. Michael Konig has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of China National Bluestar Group from 2016 to 2019. He also served as the Head of Polycarbonates Business Unit from 2011 to 2013. Previously, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bayer China; and Managing Director of Bayer Material Science China Ltd. from 2007 to 2011. He also served as Global Head Production & Technology for MDI and TDI at Bayer Material Science AG from 2004 to 2007. Earlier, he also served as Managing Director of Bayer Polymers Shanghai Co. Ltd from 2000 to 2004. He also served as Project Manager for Shanghai Polycarbonate-Project at Bayer AG from 1999 to 2000. Currently, Mr. Konig also serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Elkem ASA and der Nobian Industrial Chemicals BV.
