Mr. Benjamin Rosenzweig has been the Chairman of the company since March 2022. Prior to this, Mr. Rosenzweig served as a Director of PFSweb, Inc from 2013-2023; Potbelly Corporation from 2018-2022; Cicero, Inc. from 2017-2020; and RELM Wireless Corporation from 2013-2015. He also served as a Director of Bed Bath & Beyond. Currently, Mr. Rosenzweig serves as a Partner at Privet Fund Management LLC and as a Director of Hardinge Inc.

Mr. J. Bryan Kitchen has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the President of Ascent Chemicals division of the company. Previously, Mr. Kitchen served as the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman at Clearon Corp. Prior to this, he served as the President of XFINGA USA. Mr. Kitchen also served as Vice President of Business Operations at ANGUS Chemical Company. Earlier, he served at Dow AgroSciences and Dow Chemical.

Mr. Ryan Kavalauskas has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis for Ascent Chemicals. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Kavalauskas served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Clearon Corp. He also served as Assistant Treasurer and Financial Planning and Analysis at Advancion Corporation from 2015 to 2018.

Ms. Nicole Durham has been the Chief Human Resources Officer since 2024. Previously, he served at Baker Hughes and Exelon Corporation. Currently, Ms. Nicole Durham serves as the Director of Step Up Women’s Network.
