Mr. Nelson C. Chan has been the Chairman of the company since October 2018. Currently, he also served as the Director of the company since February 2007. Prior to this, he served as a member of the board of directors and Chair of the board of directors at Outerwall from June 2013 to September 2016. He also worked as the Chief Executive Officer at Magellan Corporation from December 2006 to August 2008. Previously, he served in various positions, including the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Consumer Business at SanDisk Corp from 1992 to 2006. Mr. Chan held engineering and marketing positions at Chips and Technologies, Delco Electronics, and Signetics from 1983 to 1992.

Mr. Rahul Patel has been the Director, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the company since May 2025. Previously, he was the Senior Vice President and Group General Manager of the Connectivity, Broadband, & Networking Group at Qualcomm. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Wireless Connectivity Group at Broadcom.

Mr. Ken Rizvi has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of SMART Global Holdings from February 2021 to June 2024. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of UTAC Holdings and the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Isola Group. Mr. Rizvi held various senior finance roles at Micron and ON Semiconductor. Earlier, he worked as an Associate with Technology Crossover Ventures.

Mr. Satish Ganesan has been the Chief Strategy Officer, Senior Vice President, and General Manager of the Intelligent Sensing Division of the company since November 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Product Officer at Keyssa. Earlier, he held various executive positions at Broadcom and Tilera. Mr. Ganesan worked in various engineering roles with Xilinx.

Ms. Lisa Bodensteiner has been the Chief Legal Officer, Senior Vice President, and Secretary of the company since November 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, Compliance Officer, and Secretary of Plantronics Inc; and Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of SunPower Corp from June 2012 to May 2016. Previously, she held various executive roles at First Solar Inc, and OptiSolar Inc. Earlier, she worked as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary, and Compliance Officer at Calpine Corporation.
