Mr. Aart J. de Geus has been the Chairman of the company since 1998. He held various leadership positions as the Chief Executive Officer and President, Senior Vice President of Engineering, and Senior Vice President of Marketing of the company. Previously, he served as the Chairman of the company from 1986 to 1992. He also serves as a Director of Applied Materials Inc. since 2007.

Mr. Sassine Ghazi has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2024 and Director of the company since August 2023 and President of the company since November 2021. He served as General Manager of Design Group and Corporate Staff at the company. Previously, he also worked as a Design Engineer at Intel.

Ms. Shelagh Glaser has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since November 2022. Prior to this she served as a Chief Financial Officer at Zendesk. Previously, she served as a Vice President of Intel's two largest business units.

Mr. Sujit Kankanwadi serves as the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance the company. He also serves as the Chief Finance Officer of Synopsys Foundation. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kankanwadi was with KPMG where he served various large multi-nationals in the US and India.

Mr. Antonio Varas has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Partner and Managing Director of Boston Consulting Group and the global co-lead of BCG Semiconductor practice. He served multiple leading global companies across the semiconductor value chain and end application markets during his 18-year tenure at BCG.
