Mr. Edward D. Shirley has been the Chairman of the company since January 2020. He joined the board in 2016 and served as lead independent Director from November 2018 to January 2020. Previously, Mr. Shirley served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Bacardi Limited from 2012 to 2014. Prior to Bacardi, he served as the Vice Chairman of Procter & Gamble and held various senior executive positions at The Gillette Company. Currently, Mr.Shirley is the Director of the New York Life Insurance Company. He also served as a member of the board of directors of Time Warner Cable Inc and Elizabeth Arden Inc.

Mr. Kevin P. Hourican has been the Chief Executive Officer, the President and a Director of the company since February 2020. Prior to this, he served at CVS Health in various leadership positions including Executive Vice President of CVS Health and President of CVS Pharmacy. Mr. Hourican also held the role of Executive Vice President, Retail Pharmacy and Supply Chain at CVS Health. Prior to CVS Health, he served in executive leadership roles at Macy’s, most recently serving as Regional Director of Stores and as a Senior Vice President.

Mr. Kenny Cheung has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since April 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at The Hertz Corporation. Previously, he served Executive Vice President, Chief Operational Finance and Restructuring Officer and Senior Vice President of Global Financial Planning and Analysis and Chief Financial Officer for Hertz North America.

Mr. Neil Russell has been the Chief Administrative Officer of the company since March, 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs, and Chief Communications Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs at International Paper (Veritiv).

Ms. Marie Robinson has been the Chief Supply Chain Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as Senior Vice President, Chief Operations and Transformation Officer at Capri Holding Ltd. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Chief Operating Officer at Michael Kors Holdings Ltd. Ms. Robinson served as Senior Vice President, Chief Logistics Officer at ToysRUs. She also served as Senior Vice President, Supply, Logistics and Customer Experience at The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company. Prior to this role, she served as Senior Vice President, Supply Chain at Smart & Final Stores, LLC. She served as Regional Vice President, Logistics at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. She began her career as a Logistics Officer for the U.S. Army.
