Ms. Yu Hanye has been the Chief Compliance Officer of the company since December 2025. Previously, she served as the General Manager of the company's Shandong Branch, the General Manager of the Technology and Information Department of the Head Office, the General Manager of the Innovation and Development Department, the General Manager of the Health Insurance Department, the Deputy General Manager of the Product Marketing Department. She also held various positions at China United MetLife.

Mr. Xing Maohua has been the Chief Investment Officer of the company since October 2023. He served as the Company's Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, Employee Supervisor, Assistant General Manager, Marketing Director, General Manager of the Strategic Customer Department, General Manager of the Northern Center and Beijing Branch of Taiping Pension Insurance Co., Ltd. He also served as a Senior Manager of the Audit Department of Taiping Insurance Co., Ltd.

Mr. Lin Duanhong has been the Chief Actuary of the Company since February 2019. Previously, he has served as the Chief Actuary of China United MetLife Insurance Company, the Chief Actuary of China-US MetLife Insurance Company, and the Actuary of the International Department of MetLife Insurance Company.

Mr. Chen Zewei has served as the Assistant General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of the Company since October 2024, Previously, he served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer, Deputy General Manager of the Finance Department, Deputy General Manager, and Assistant General Manager of the company. He h also held different positions in China United MetLife Insurance Company, Ltd., Haikang Life Insurance Company, Ltd., and Mitsui OSK Lines (China) Co., Ltd.
