Taiwan Business Bank Co Ltd: Executives

Mr. Chia-Hsiang Lee has been the Chairman of the bank since 2025. Previously, he served as the Director and President of First Commercial Bank (USA). Prior to this, he was the Chairperson of the International Finance Committee at BAROC. He also held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer and Spokesperson at FFH. Additionally, he served as the Executive Vice President of FCB and as Senior Vice President and Division Chief of the Overseas Business Administration Division at FCB.

Mr. Kuo-Chung Lee has been the Managing Director & President of of the bank since 2024. He also serves as a Direcor of the bank. Previously, he served as the Acting Chairman of Taiwan Business Bank, Ltd. Prior to this, he was the President of Agricultural Bank of Taiwan co., ltd. and the Managing Director of Agricultural Credit Guarantee Fund. He also held the position of Chairman at Agricultural Financing Insurance Brokers Co., Ltd. and served as a Director at BNP Paribas Cardif TCB Life Insurance Co., Ltd.

Ms. Mei-Ling Liang has been the Managing Director and Director of the company since 2025. Previously, she served as the Director of General Affairs Department at Bank of Taiwan. Prior to this, she was a Manager at Qunxian Branch of Bank of Taiwan.
