Mr. Nelson An-ping Chang has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2019. Mr. Kung-Yi Koo has been the Director and Assistant Vice President of the company since 2017. Previously, he served as the Vice President at Morgan Stanley Investment Banking Department; Vice Chairman at Taiwan Cement Corporation; and Chairman at Taiwan Prosperity Chemical Corporation.
