Tanami Gold NL (Tanami Gold) is a gold exploration company, which mainly focuses on the Tanami Desert in the Northern Territory in Australia. It has one project, Central Tanami Project (CTP). The CTP is located nearly 650 km northwest of Alice Springs in the Tanami Region of the Northern Territory.. Tanami Gold owns 50% of the interest in CTP. Mineral leases in the project include Groundrush, Tanami Mine Corridor, Tanami Southwest, Tanami Northeast, Molech, and MLS167. The company formed an unincorporated joint venture (JV) with Northern Star Resources Limited to advance the CTP. In accordance with the JV, management of the exploration activities at CTP will be handled by NST, which will sole fund all JV expenditures including all CTP exploration and evaluation costs, assessment and development costs, mining of the JV tenements and refurbishing the CTP process plant and associated infrastructure, during the sole funding period.
