Tanger Inc: Executives

Mr. Luis A. Ubinas has been the Chairman of the company since May 2026. Previously, he served as the President of the Board of Trustees of the Pan American Development Foundation; and President of the Ford Foundation. Earlier, he worked at McKinsey & Company for 18 years in various positions including the Senior Partner. He was also a Director of Boston Private Financial Holdings, Inc., CommerceHub, Inc. and Valassis Communications, Inc. Currently, he also works as a Director of Electronic Arts Inc. and AT&T Inc.

Mr. Stephen Yalof has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and President of the company. Mr. Yalof served as the Chief Executive Officer of Simon Premium Outlets of the Simon Property Group, Inc. from 2014 to 2020. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Real Estate at Ralph Lauren Corp. and Senior Director of Real Estate for The Gap, Inc.

Mr. Michael Bilerman has been the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director at Citigroup Inc. from 2008 to 2022. Previously, Mr. Bilerman also served at Citigroup, Inc. and Goldman Sachs.

Ms. Leslie A. Swanson has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Executive Vice President of Operations of the company. Previously, Ms. Swanson also served as Senior Vice President of Property Management of Premium Outlets of the company.

Mr. Thomas J. Guerrieri Jr. has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Vice President and Controller of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Guerrieri Jr. served as the Director of Financial Reporting of the company. Prior to joining Tanger, he served as the Senior Accountant of PriceWaterhouse Coopers.
