Ms. Joanne Crevoiserat has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of the company. Ms. Crevoiserat served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. from 2017 to 2019. Previously, she served as the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, and Interim Principal Executive Officer at Abercrombie & Fitch. Earlier, she served in various senior management roles at Kohl’s Corporation including Executive Vice President of Finance and Executive Vice President of Merchandise Planning and Allocation and also served in senior finance positions with Wal-Mart Stores and May Department Stores, including Chief Financial Officer of the Filene’s, Foley’s and Famous-Barr brands.

Ms. Anne Gates has been the Chairperson of the company since 2021. Currently, she serves as a President at MGA Entertainment, Inc. Prior to this, she served in various positions at The Walt Disney Company including Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Disney Consumer Products, Managing Director of Disney Consumer Products Europe and Emerging Markets, and Senior Vice President of operations, planning and analysis.

Mr. Scott Roe has been the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the company since August 2022. He also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer at VF Corporation. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer in 2015. Mr. Roe served in a number of senior management positions including Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President of Finance for the company.
