Mr. H. Venkatachalam Iyer has been the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since February 2024. He also serves as a Director of the company. Prior to this, he served the Chief Distribution Officer and President at the company. He held 20 years in Sales and Distribution, Channel Management, and Strategy roles. Before joining the company in April 2016, he worked for ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company as an Executive Vice President for Bancassurance, Assets and International business.

Mr. Srinivasan Parthasarathy is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief of Staff, Strategy, New Business Alliances, Real Estate and Infrastructure at the company. Previously, he served as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at Digit Life Insurance, Chief and Appointed Actuary and Head of Products at HDFC life.

Mr. Harshad Patil is the Chief Investments Officer of the company. He joined the company as a Fund Manager in 2006. Prior to this, he held more than seven years at UTI Mutual Fund in various fund management and dealing capacities.

Ms. Kristyl Pais Bhesania serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company. Previously, she worked as Director Human Resources with Taj Group of Hotels. She served as the Head of HR at Euro RSCG.

Mr. Saurabh Agrawal is the Chairman of the company. He is the Group Chief Financial Officer of Tata Sons. He joined Tata Sons in June 2017 as Head of Strategy from the Aditya Birla Group. He served as the Head of Investment Banking in India for Bank of America Merrill Lynch and as Head of Corporate Finance business for Standard Chartered bank in India and South Asia.
