Mr. N. Chandrasekaran has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. Currently, he also serves as the Chairman at Tata Sons since 2017. Previously, he served as the Chairman of several group operating companies, including Tata Steel, Tata Motors, Tata Power, Indian Hotels and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). He served as the Chief Executive officer at TCS from 2009 to 2017. He also served as a Director of Reserve Bank of India in 2016. Earlier, Mr. Chandrasekaran served as the Chairman of the Information and Communication Technology Industry Governors at the World Economic Forum, Davos from 2015 to 2016. He was the Chairman of Nasscom from 2012 to 2013.

Mr. Sunil D’Souza has been the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director and a Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director at Whirlpool India Ltd. Previously, he held various leadership positions at PepsiCo and Hindustan Unilever Ltd. Earlier, he also served as a Director of Tata Coffee Limited, NourishCo Beverages Limited, Tata Starbucks Private Limited, Tata Consumer Soulfull Private Limited, and several of Tata Consumer Products.

Mr. Ajit Krishnakumar has been the Chief Operating Officer and Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as an investment banker and advisor with over 15 years of experience supporting large, medium and small companies.

Mr. Ashish Goenka has been the Group Chief Financial Officer of the company since December 2023. Prior to this, he served as the President and the Chief Financial Officer at Jubilant Foodworks Limited. Previously, he held senior leadership positions with Hindustan Unilever and Bharti Airtel.

Mr. Rajesh Gopal has been the Global Chief Digital Officer of the company since January 2025. Previously, he was the Chief Information Officer of Kimberly-Clark.
