Mr. T V Narendran serves as the Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he served as the President of the Indian Institute of Metals from 2021 to 2022 and the President of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) from 2021 to 2022. He was the co-chair of the Mining and Metals Governors Council of the World Economic Forum from 2016 to 2018. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of Tata Steel Long Products Limited and the Chairman of the Board of Governors of XLRI Jamshedpur. He is currently Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director and on the Board of Tata Steel Limited. He is also a member of the Executive Committee and the Board of the World Steel Association.

Mr. Henrik Adam has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Technical Officer and the Chief Commercial Officer of the company. Prior to joining the company in 2011, Mr. Henrik served as the Chief Executive Officer of thyssenkrupp Electrical Steel and the Member of the Board of Eisen- und Huttenwerke AG. He also served as a Director of EEF, and the Chairman of World Auto Steel. Currently, he serves as the Vice President, European Corporate Affairs of Tata Steel Limited.
