Mr. T.V. Narendran has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director, and the Managing Director of the company since 2017. He serves as the Chairman of Tata Steel Europe, Tata Steel Long Products Ltd, and XLRI Jamshedpur, and a Director of the World Steel Association. He served as the President of the Indian Institute of Metals and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). Prior to this, Mr. Narendran served as the Co-Chairman of the Mining & Metals Governors Council of the World Economic Forum.

Mr. Koushik Chatterjee has been the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Group Executive Director of Finance and Corporate at the company. He joined the company in 1995 and Tata Sons Ltd in 1999. He re-joined the company in 2003 as the Chief Financial Officer. Currently, he serves as a Director of the International Integrated Reporting Council UK, and Global Task Force on Climate Related Financial Disclosures.

Mr. Ratan Naval Tata serves as the Chairman-Emeritus of the company and the entire Tata Group. Currently, he serves as a Director of Alcoa and the Chairman of Sir Dorabji Tata Trust and Sir Ratan Tata Trust. He also serves as the Chairman of the Council of Management of the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research. He joined the Tata Group in 1962.

Mr. Dinesh Kumar Shrimali has been the Chief Information Security Officer of the company since April 2024. Prior to this he served as head at Welspun and UPL Ltd

Mr. Natarajan Chandrasekaran has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. He also serves as the Chairman of Tata Sons Ltd. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Tata Consultancy Services. Previously, he served as the Chairman at NASSCOM, the apex trade body for IT services firms in India. Currently, he serves as a Member of NASSCOM's Governing Executive Council.
