Mr. Pawel Henryk Szczeszek has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he was the President of the Management Board of ENEA SA from June 2020 to April 2022; President of the Management Board of Zespol Elektrocieplowni Wroclawskich KOGENERACJA SA from December 2018 to June 2020; Deputy President of Management Board at PGNiG TERMIKA Energetyka Przemyslowa SA from 2017 to 2018; and President of the Management Board at Przedsiebiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej PEC SA from 2016 to 2017. Mr. Szczeszek also served as a Director of Gornoslaskie Towarzystwo Lotnicze SA, Jelcz Sp. z o. o., Przedsiebiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej - Geotermia Podhalanska SA, Radomskie Przedsiebiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej "RADPEC" SA, Wojewodzkie Przedsiebiorstwo Robot Drogowych w Katowice Sp. z o. o., and Regional Development Agency in Czestochowa SA.

Mr. Peter Tutak has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. He has been the President of the Management Board of EuRoPol Gaz S.A since 2016. He has experience of working in management and control bodies of commercial law companies, in the finance, energy and real estate sectors.

Ms. Teresa Famulska has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as a Member of the supervisory board. Earlier, she has been part of the Financial Education Committee and Member of the board. Previously, she also served as head of State Examination Commission on Tax Advisory Services.
