Tav Havalimanlari Holding AS (TAV), a subsidiary of Aeroports de Paris SA, is an airport operator company. TAV provides auxiliary airport services including ground handling services, food and beverage services, security, operation services, IT services and duty-free services. The company operates Izmir Adnan Menderes, Ankara Esenboga, Gazipasa Alanya, Skopje, Ohrid, Riga Airport Latvia, Enfidha-Hammamet, Monastir and Milas Bodrum airports with 100% ownership, Almaty airport with 85% ownership, Tbilisi airport with 80% ownership, Batumi airport with 76% ownership, Antalya and Madinah airports with 50% ownership, and Zagreb airport with 15% ownership. TAV through its subsidiaries and affiliate companies is also involved in other areas of airport operations including information technology, duty free retailing, ground handling, food and beverage services, security, and passenger lounge operations services. The company has its presence in Turkey, Georgia, Tunisia, North Macedonia, Latvia, Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan, and Croatia. TAV is headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey.
