Mr. K. Krithivasan has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director, and Managing Director of the company since June 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Global Head of Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) Business Group at the company. He also served as the Head of e-business delivery at the company. Previously, he served as the Regional Manager at TCS Florida.

Ms. Aarthi Subramanian has been the Director, President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since May 2025. Prior to this, Ms. Subramanian was the Group Chief Digital Officer at Tata Sons Private Limited. She also served as the Global Head of Delivery Excellence, Governance and Compliance of the company.

Mr. Samir Seksaria has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since May 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Head of the Business Finance function of the company. Previously, he served in the areas of consulting assignments involving regulatory compliance, M&A spin offs, amongst others at the company.

Mr. Mangesh Sathe has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the company since April 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Tata Strategic Management Group. He also served as the worked with BCG (The Boston Consulting Group) and PRTM (Pittiglio Rabin Todd & McGrath) in US and India.

Mr. Natarajan Chandrasekaran has been the Chairman of the company since September 2017. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of Tata Steel Limited, Tata Motors Limited, The Tata Power Company Limited, Air India Limited, Tata Consumer Products Limited, The Indian Hotels Company Limited, Tata Limited, Tata Incorporated Limited, Tata Digital Private Limited, Tata Electronics Private Limited, Agratas Energy Storage Solutions Private Limited, B20 Global Institute Private Limited and Jaguar Land Rover Automotive PLC. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Tata Consultancy Services from 2009 to 2017.
