Mr. Hirohisa Uehara has been the Chairman and Director of the company since 2026. He also serves as a Director at Taiyo Life since June 2024. Prior to this, he served as the President at the company. Previously, he served at Taiyo Life in various positions including Director, Managing Executive Officer, Executive Officer and Senior Managing Executive Officer. Earlier, he served as a Director at T&D Asset Management.

Mr. Masahiko Moriyama has been the President of the company since April 2024. He also serves as a Director of the company since June 2023. Prior to this, he served as Senior Managing Executive Officer of the company. Previously, he served as a Director of All Right. He also worked with Daido Life and held various roles including Managing Executive Officer, Director, General Manager of Planning Department, and Executive Officer.

Mr. Hotaka Nagai has been the Senior Managing Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2024. He also serves as a Director of Daido Life and T&D Financial Life. Previously, he served as the Managing Executive Officer of T&D Holdings, Director of T&D Asset Management and Director, Executive Officer and General Manager of Group Finance & Accounting Department of T&D Holdings and Managing Executive Officer of T&D Financial Life.

Ms. Yoko Futami has been the Managing Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2024. Previously, she served as the Director, Executive Officer, General Manager of Legal Affairs and Compliance Department and Managing Executive Officer at Taiyo Life.

Mr. Tomoyasu Isobe has been the Senior Managing Executive Officer of the company since 2024. He also serves as a Director and President of T&D United Capital. Previously, he served as the Managing Executive Officer at T&D Holdings, Director and Managing Executive Officer of T&D United Capital, Director of Pet & Family Insurance and Executive Officer and General Manager of Business Development Department of T&D Holdings.
