Mr. Terrence R. Curtin has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the President of the company in 2015. He also served as the Executive Vice President and President for Industrial Solutions at the company in 2012. Previously, Mr. Curtin served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2006 to 2012. Mr. Heath A. Mitts has been Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Director of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at IDEX Corporation from 2011 to 2016 and its Vice President of Corporate Finance from 2005 to 2011. Prior to that, Mr. Mitts served as the Chief Financial Officer of PerkinElmer Asia from 2001 to 2005 and held various senior financial leadership positions at Honeywell International from 1996 to 2001. He has also been a Director of Colombus McKinnon Corporation since 2015.

Mr. Arvind Kaushal has been the Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Global Head of Strategy at Johnson Controls from 2014 to 2018. Previously, Mr. Kaushal was a Partner with Strategy & (formerly Booz & Company) and led the firm’s manufacturing team in North America.

Mr. Joseph F. Eckroth has been the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2013. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of global customer care and Chief Information Officer at Hertz Holdings and Hertz. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of New Century Financial Corporation and the Chief Information Officer of Mattel, Inc. He also served as a Directors of VWR International from 2003 to 2006.

Ms. Teresa Dickerson is the Chief Supply Chain Officer and Vice President of the company. She also serves as a Director of TE Foundation. Previously, she served as the Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer of TE Connectivity. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Procurement at Stanley Black & Decker. Earlier, she served 16 years in a variety of roles including Finance, Manufacturing, and Procurement.
