Ms. Thasunda Brown Duckett has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since May 2021. She also serves as a Director of NIKE, Inc., and Brex Inc. Previously, she served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Consumer Bank and Auto Finance and served in various key executive positions at JP Morgan Chase. Earlier, she served as a Director of Emerging Markets at Fannie Mae.

Mr. W. Dave Dowrich has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for International Businesses at Prudential Financial, Inc. He served in various senior positions at American International Group (AIG) including Chief Executive Officer of International Life and Retirement; Chief Financial Actuary and Chief Financial Officer of AIG Japan and Asia Pacific; and Chief Financial Actuary and Chief Financial Officer of Institutional Markets. Previously, he served in several companies including Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, Swiss Re and Canada Life Reinsurance. Mr. Dave started his career as a Pension Actuary at one of the predecessor companies of Willis Towers Watson.

Mr. John Douglas is the Chief Legal Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Previously, he served as a Partner at Davis Polk’s Financial Institutions Group, leading its bank regulatory practice. Earlier, he served as the General Counsel at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Mr. Derek Ferguson has been the Chief Administrative Officer of the company since October 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Robin Hood Foundation. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Growth Officer at Combs Enterprises, and Chief Operating Officer at Revolt Media & TV. Mr. Ferguson also served as the Vice President of Finance and Operations for BMG Special Products at BMG Entertainment. Earlier, he served as a Strategy Consulting Manager at Bain & Company.

Ms. Claire Borelli has been a Senior Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer of the company since April 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Diversity and Talent Officer of the company. Previously, she served in various HR roles for several divisions at JPMorgan Chase. Earlier, she held senior roles at Merrill Lynch and UBS Wealth Management.
