Mr. Joseph Rinaldi serves as the Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he was the Senior Partner in the Paris office at Davis Polk & Wardwell from 2002 to 2007. Mr. Rinaldi is the Managing Partner of Fennecourt Partners.

Mr. Arnaud Pieton has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the President of the company’s Subsea business segment from 2018 to 2020. He also served as an Executive Vice President of People & Culture of TechnipFMC from 2017 until 2018. Mr. Pieton held leadership positions at the company including the President of the Asia Pacific Region. He also held several positions at Serimax, part of Vallourec Group.

Mr. Bruno Vibert serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Finance at the company from 2017 to 2020, and the Chief Accounting and Treasury Director of the North American region. Mr. Vibert also served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Yamal LNG Project. Earlier, he served as a Partner at Fair Links and Senior Manager at Ernst & Young.

Mr. Loic Chapuis has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of the Gas & Low Carbon Energies business line at the company. He held various positions at the company including, Senior Vice President of the Paris Business Unit, Technip France Managing Director, operational roles on large Onshore and Offshore Projects from Project Control to Project Director and was part of ventures such as Yamal LNG and Arctic LNG2.

Mr. Samir Karoum has been the Chief Sustainability Officer and Strategy Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Schneider Electric. Mr. Karoum held various commercial and general management positions at Areva, Alstom, and Schneider Electric.
