Earlier, he served as the President of Poncho Wilcox Engineering. Currently, he serves as a Director of Lupaka Gold Corp and the President of Boydel Wastewater Technologies Inc.

Mr. Jonathan Price has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Transformation Officer, Vice President of Finance, and the Vice President of Investor Relations for Australia, the UK and Asia regions at BHP. Earlier, he served in various roles at ABN AMRO Bank and INCO.

Mr. Donald R. Lindsay has been the Executive Vice Chairman, Corporate Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this role, he served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2005. Prior to this, he served as the President of CIBC World Markets Inc. He also served as the Head of Investment and Corporate Banking, and Asia Pacific Region at CIBC World Markets Inc. Currently, he serves as a Director at Manulife Financial Corp.

Ms. Crystal Prystai has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since November 2022. Prior to this served as a Interim Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this she served as a Vice President and Corporate Controller.
