Dr. Frank Torti has been the Chairman of Board of Directors of the company since November 2018. Previously, he served as the Vant Investment Chair of Roivant Pharma. Prior to joining Roivant Pharma, he served as the Partner of New Enterprise Associates from 2007 to 2018. Earlier, he served at the Duke University Center for Clinical & Genetic Economics from 2002 to 2005. Dr. Torti served on the Board of Directors of Novast Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Annexon Biosciences, Inc., NeoTract, Inc., Eargo Inc., Galera Therapeutics, Inc., OrphoMed, Inc., XOC Pharmaceuticals, Inc and Tarveda Therapeutics, Inc. He also currently, serves on the Board of Directors of Myovant Sciences Ltd.,Axovant Sciences Ltd., and Urovant Sciences Ltd.

Mr.David C. Hastings has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since June 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Incyte Corporation from 2003 until 2014. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Unilife from 2015 to 2017 and as its Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer from 2016 to 2017. Mr. Hastings also served as the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of ArQule Inc. Prior to this he served at Genzyme Corporation as the Vice President and Corporate Controller, and with Sepracor, Inc. as a Director of Finance. Mr. Hastings was a Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee of Scynexis, Inc., VBL Therapeutics and Entasis, Inc.

Mr. Mike McElhaugh has been the Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2024 and Chief Operating Officer of the company since November 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Business Officer of the company since December 2018. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of OnCore Biopharma. Before that, he served as the Director, of Hepatitis C Worldwide Commercialization at Bristol-Myers Squibb from March 2012 to May 2014.

Mr. Christopher Naftzger has been the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel of the company since July 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Interim- Chief Executive Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Nabriva Therapeutics. Previously he served at Krystal Biotech and Unilife Medical Solutions.

Ms. Karen Sims has been the Chief Medical Officer of the company since July 2023. Prior to this, she served as a Vice President, Clinical Development at Arbutus. Previously she served as Medical Director in the Virology and Immunoscience therapeutic areas at Bristol-Myers Squibb.
