Mr. Jan Carlson has been the Chairman of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman and President and Chief Executive Officer at Veoneer Inc. from 2018 to 2022. Previously, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer at Autoliv Inc from 2007-2018 and Chairman at Autoliv Inc. since 2014. Mr. Carlson’s previous positions within the Autoliv Group since 1999 include President Autoliv Europe, Vice President Engineering of Autoliv, President Autoliv Electronics, President of Saab Combitech and of Swedish Gate Array. He was also board member of AB Volvo.

Mr. Borje Ekholm has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since 2017. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Patricia Industries from 2015 to 2017. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Investor AB from 2005 to 2015. Prior to that, he served as the Head of Investor Growth Capital Inc and New Investments. He also held various senior level positions at Novare Kapital AB and McKinsey & Co Inc.

Mr. Lars Sandstrom has been the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, and Head of Group Function Finance at Ericsson since April 2024. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer at Getinge from 2017 to 2024. From 2015 to 2017, Mr. Sandstrom served as the Senior Vice President Group reporting, Tax & Control at AB Volvo. He also held various senior positions at Scania, including Vice President of Financial Services, Group Head of Financial Reporting, and Group Head of Reporting and Control. Earlier, Mr. Lars Sandstrom served as the Chief Financial Officer of Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB from 2010 to 2012.

Mr. Chris Houghton has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating officer of the company since November 2023. He also serves as the Head of Market Area North East Asia and Business Area Technology and New Businesses. Previously he served in various management positions within Ericsson, including Head of India, and Head of Customer Unit, the UK and Ireland.

Mr. Erik Ekudden has been the Chief Technology Officer, Senior Vice President of the company since 2018. He also serves as the Head of Function Technology of the company. Prior to this, he served various senior management positions like Head of Technology Strategy, Chief Technology Officer Americas in Santa Clara US, and Head of Standardization and Industry.
