Mr. Carlos Garcia Moreno Elizondo has been the Deputy Chairman and Director of the company since 2014. Currently, he serves as the Chief Financial Officer of America Móvil, S.A.B. de C.V. (Mexico).

Mr. Thomas Arnoldner has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he was the Managing Director of T-Systems Austria GesmbH from 2017 to 2018. He had been a part of the Nokia's integration team for the acquisition of Alcatel-Lucent from 2015 to 2016. Mr. Arnolder also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Alcatel-Lucent Austria AG in 2013. He started his professional career with Alcatel Austria in 2003.

Mr. Siegfried Mayrhofer has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2014. Previously, he held various managerial positions, including Head of Corporate Planning, Corporate Controlling, Controlling Landline, Accounting Landline at Telekom Austria in 2009 and the Chief Financial Officer of Telekom Austria TA AG. He served as a Consultant at Constantia Corporate from 1998 to 2000. He served at Voest Alpine railway systems in 1994. Mr. Mayrhofer joined the company in March 2000.

Mr. Alejandro Plater has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from August 2015 to August 2018. Previously, he served as the Vice President and Account Manager of the Global group in 2007 and the Sales Director of the company in 2006. He worked as the Sales Director of the Global Group for Latin America region in 2004. He also served as the Sales Director in Ericsson for Argentina region in 1997. Mr. Plater also served as a Risk Analyst at Sud America Seguros in 1991.

Mr. Edith Hlawati has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. He also serves as the Senior Partner at CERHA HEMPEL Rechtsanwalte GmbH. Currently, he is the Chairperson of Osterreichische Post AG.
