Mr. Jens Petter Olsen has been the Chairman of the company since May 2023. He also serves Board of Directors at DNB Bank ASA. From 2008 to 2018, he worked at Danske Bank in several management positions, comprising heading Markets Norway from 2011 to 2014 and Capital Markets from 2014 to 2018. Mr. Olsen, previously served as Head of the New York office of NBIM from 2000 to 2008.

Mr. Sigve Brekke has been the Chief Executive Officer and the President of the company since August 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and the Head of Asia Region at Telenor. Mr. Brekke served as the co-Chief Executive Officer of dtac from 2002 to 2005, and as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, Mr. Brekke served as Manager Business Development and Managing Director of Telenor International, Region Asia in 1999. He joined Telenor in 1998 as an Advisor.

Mr. Amol Phadke has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the company since September 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Global General Manager for the Telecom Industry Vertical at Google Cloud. Previously he served at British Telecom, Alcatel-Lucent and Accenture’s network services unit.

Ms. Rita Skjaervik has been the Chief People, Sustainability and External Relations Officer, and Executive Vice President of the company since December 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Chief Executive Officer and Senior Vice President and Head of Strategy and External Relations at the company.
