Mr. John B. Wood has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the company since 2003. He currently serves on the board of the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts. Prior to this, he served as Chairman of the Alliance for Digital Innovation. Presently, he serves as the Chairman of the board of directors for the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors. In 2017, John accepted Trout Unlimited’s Corporate Conservation Partner designation on behalf of Telos for the company’s support of TU’s Veterans Service Partnership.

Mr. Mark Bendza has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to joining the Company, he held positions of increasing responsibility in finance and business management with global companies, including vice president and head of investor relations for Honeywell from 2019 to 2021; vice president of international business for Northrop Grumman from 2016 to 2019; senior director of financial planning and analysis for Northrop Grumman from 2012 to 2015; and mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and credit roles with major investment banks from 1998 to 2011.

Mr. Malcolm Cooke has been the Chief Information Technology Officer of the company since 2013. Prior to this, he held technical positions at Computer Hi-Tech Management, Equitrac and ReMax Realty.

Ms. Donna Hill has been the Vice President of Human Resources since 2022. Prior to this, Ms. Hill was director of Human Resources from 2021 to 2022. Previously she had more than 20 years of recruiting and human resource management experience, including human resource positions at Gannett and AOL.

Mr. E. Hutchinson Robbins, Jr. has been Executive Vice President, General Counsel since February 2022. Prior to this, Mr. Robbins was an associate and principal of Miles & Stockbridge P.C. from 2006 through 2016.
