Mr. Amit Yoran has been the Chairman and Chief Executive officer of the company since 2016. Currently, he serves as a Director at BlackLine, Inc. Prior to this, Mr. Yoran served as the President of the company. Previously, he served as the President of RSA Solutions, Inc. Mr. Yoran also served as the Chief Executive Officer at Riptech.

Mr. Stephen A Vintz has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Vocus, Inc. Mr. Vintz also served as the Vice President of Strategic Planning and Analysis at Snyder Communications.

Mr. Glen Pendley has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Deputy Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of the research and development of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Pendley was the Director of Research, Development and Product Management at McAfee, Inc.
