Mr. Baharin Din has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of TNB since March 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Distribution Network Officer of the company from 2018 to 2021, and Vice President for Distribution of the company from 2012 to 2018. He also worked in various engineering and managerial positions within the company, including Business Development, Network Maintenance, Network Planning, Construction Services, Metering Service and Engineering Services. Mr. Baharin also served as the Managing Director of Sabah Electricity Sdn. Bhd. from 2007 to 2011.

Mr. Megat Jalaluddin Bin Megat Hassan has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2024. Prior to this he served as Chief Strategy and Ventures Officer of TNB since October 2022. Previously he served as the company's Chief Retail Officer from 2018 to 2022, Chief Strategy Officer from 2012 to 2018, General Manager of Metering Services from 2010 to 2012, General Manager of the Distribution Division for Negri Sembilan from 2009 to 2010, Senior Manager in the Project Management Office from 2008 to 2009, and Head of Remote Meter Reading Project of the Metering Services of the Distribution Division from 2006 to 2008.

Mr. Nazmi Bin Othman has been the Chief Financial Officer of TNB since August 2018. Previously, he served as the Chief Investment Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served various leadership positions in companies such as Island & Peninsular Berhad and MRCB.

Mr. Azlan Bin Ahmad has been the Chief Information Officer of TNB since July 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Senior General Manager for Center of Delivery and Operation Services of the company. Currently, he also serves as a Director of TNB-IT Sdn. Bhd. and Allo Technology Sdn. Bhd.

Mr. Wahizan bin Abd Rahman has been the Chief People Officer of the company since April 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Head for People Strategy and Organisation Effectiveness at Group Human Resource Division of TNB. He also served as Senior General Manager for Human Resource Planning & Development and Senior General Manager for Human Resource Strategy and Transformation and General Manager for Human Resource Planning & Staffing. Previously, Mr. Rahman also worked as General Manager for Distribution Putrajaya & Cyberjaya.
