Mr. Paul J. Tufano has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Benchmark Electronics Inc from 2016 to 2019. Prior to this, he held various positions of Alcatel-Lucent including, the Chief Financial Officer from December 2008 to September 2013, Chief Operating Officer from January 2013 to September 2013, Executive Vice President of Alcatel-Lucent from December 2008 to January 2013, and Consultant from September 2013 to April 2014. Mr. Tufano served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Solectron Corporation from January 2006 to October 2007 and Interim Chief Executive Officer from February 2007 to October 2007.

Mr. Gregory Smith has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the President of Robotics from October 2020 to July 2023. Previously, he also served as the President of Semiconductor Test Business from February 2016 to October 2020. Mr. Smith held numerous engineering and management roles in the semiconductor test industry at Raytheon.

Ms. Michelle Turner has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since November 2025. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer at L3Harris Technologies. Previously, she held a variety of senior financial management and leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, BHP Billiton, Raytheon, and Honeywell.

Ms. Shannon Gath has been the Vice President and Chief Information Officer since 2021. She is responsible for leading the company’s IT organization, including customer-facing digital systems, internal technology, and information security.

Mr. Jim Mahon has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of service business, spearheading initiatives, and innovations at the company. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Global Services at the company in 2014.
