Mr. Simon Meester has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since January 2024. Previously, he served as Vice-President and General Manager of the Industrial Control Division at Eaton Corporation.

Ms. Julie A. Beck has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2022. She also serves as the Senior Vice President, Finance since November 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at NOVA Chemicals. Previously, she served as the Chief Financial Officer at Joy Mining Machinery and Global Vice President of Supply Chain, Operational Excellence and Quality. Before this role, she served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Journal Register Company. He also served as the Senior Vice President, and Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Norwood Promotional Products.

Ms. Amy J. George has been the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer since 2019. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President and Chief Talent and Diversity Officer of the company from 2017 to 2019. Ms. George served at PepsiCo for ten years, and held various roles in human resources, including Vice President of Global Diversity. Prior to that, she served for ten years at James River Corp. She began her career at Chesebrough-Ponds.

Ms. Stacey Babson Kaplan has been the Senior Vice President, Chief Sustainability and Compliance Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this she served as a Vice President and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer of the company from 2008 to 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of Employment and Global Diversity of the company from 2005 to 2008. Previously, she served as Corporate Counsel and Human Resources Compliance from 2005 to 2002. Earlier, she served at various global law firms.
