Mr. W Blake Baird has been the Chief Executive Officer, Chairman and Director of the company since 2010. He is the Co-Founder of the company. Mr. Baird was the Managing Partner and a Co-Founder at Terreno Capital Partners LLC, a private real estate investment firm, from 2007 to 2010. He served as the President at AMB Property Corporation (AMB) (now Prologis) from 2000 to 2006. Mr. Baird also served as a Director at AMB from 2001 to 2006.

Mr. Michael A Coke has been the President and Director of the company since 2010. Previously, he served as the Managing Partner and Co-Founder at Terreno Capital Partners LLC from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, Mr. Coke served as the Chief Financial Officer at AMB (now Prologis) from 1999 to 2007. Previously, he also served as the Executive Vice President until 2007, and was AMB's Chief Accounting Officer from 1998 to 2007. From 2005 to 2007, Mr. Coke served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at IAT Aviation Facilities.

Mr. Jaime J Cannon has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Secretary of the company since 2010. Previously, Mr. Cannon served at AMB Property Corporation (now Prologis) in various capacities, most recently as the Vice President and Treasurer from 2003 to 2010.

Mr. John T Meyer has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of the company from 2015 to 2024. He also served as the Senior Vice President of the company from 2010 to 2015.
