Mr. Rob C. Holmes has been the Chairman of the company since January 2025. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Previously, he served as Global Head of Corporate Client Banking and Specialized Industries since 2011. He also served as the Co-head of JPMorgan’s North American Retail Industries Investment Banking practice and the Head of Investment Banking for the southern region of the U.S. Holmes as well as a Member of the Commercial Banking Operating Committee and Board of Managers of J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.

Mr. J. Matthew Scurlock has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2022 and a Managing director since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and Corporate Treasurer of the company. Previously he served as Strategic consulting to financial services clients in Deloitte and Touche LLP. He also as served as the Vice President in Corporate Finance group for Zions Bancorporation.

Mr. Donald Goin is the Chief Information Officer and Managing Director of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Information Officer and Director of Technology and Operations at Santander Consumer. He served as the Chief Information Officer at Capital One Auto Financing and Digital Operations Officer at Capital One Financial Services.

Ms. Anna M. Alvarado has been the Chief Legal Officer, Executive Vice President and Company Secretary of the company since 2021 and a Managing Director since 2023. She also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors and the Finance and Strategy Committees of the nonprofit ACH Child and Family Services as well as on the Board of Visitors for TCU’s Brite Divinity School. Prior to this he served as General Counsel at FirstCash, Inc. Ms. Alvarado served as Trial Attorney at Texas based firms Tanner and Associates PC and Hill Gilstrap PC.

Mr. John W. Cummings has been the Chief Administrative Officer of the company since 2022 and Managing Director since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Head of U.S. investment products for Citigroup Personal Wealth Management. Previously, Mr. Cummings served as the Board of Directors of the Depository Trust Company and as the Chief Operating Officer of the Global Private Client business and Head of the Retirement, Trust Company, Clearing and Digital Investments businesses with Merrill Lynch & Co.
