Kristian Johansen

Mr. Kristian Johansen has been the Chief Executive Officer of TGS since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2015 to March 2016. Mr. Johansen joined TGS as Chief Financial Officer in 2010 and served in that position till 2015. Previously, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of EDB Business Partner in Oslo (now Evry). Currently, Mr. Johansen is the Chairman of the International Association of Geophysical Contractors (IAGC) and serves as board member of the National Ocean Industries Association (NOIA).

Sven Borre Larsen

Mr. Sven Borre Larsen has been the Chief Financial Officer of TGS since 2021. Previously, he served as the Head of Strategy, mergers and acquisitions. Prior to that he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2015 to 2019. Mr. Larsen also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Prosafe. Earlier, he also worked as the Chief Financial Officer of Prosafe Production.
