Chairman Executive BoardMr. Christopher Finlayson has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he was the Director of the company from 2019 to 2022. Mr. Finlayson has also served as Chairman of Siccar Point Energy Ltd and InterOil Corporation from 2014 to 2022 and Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the BG Group plc form 2013 to 2014. Currently, he also served as a Director for Lloyds Register Group Limited and Abu Dhabi National Energy Company PJSC.
Kristian Johansen
Chief Executive Officer Senior ManagementMr. Kristian Johansen has been the Chief Executive Officer of TGS since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2015 to March 2016. Mr. Johansen joined TGS as Chief Financial Officer in 2010 and served in that position till 2015. Previously, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of EDB Business Partner in Oslo (now Evry). Currently, Mr. Johansen is the Chairman of the International Association of Geophysical Contractors (IAGC) and serves as board member of the National Ocean Industries Association (NOIA).
