Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi has been the Chairman of the company since 2003. Previously, he served as the Red Bull Distillery Group of Companies from 2004 to 2018. Earlier, he employed as the Chairman of Big C Supercenter Public Company Limited from 2016 to 2018. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of Asset World Cup Public Co Ltd since September 2018. He also works as the Chairman for several organisations, including with Sura Bangyikhan Group of Companies since 2018, TCC Asset World Corporation Limited since 2017, Frasers Property Limited and Fraser and Neave, Limited since 2013, TCC Corporation Limited since 2008, Siriwana Co., Ltd since 2006, TCC Land Co., Ltd since 2005, Beer Thai (1991) Public Company Limited since 2001, Berli Jucker Public Company Limited since 2001, Southeast Corporation Co., Ltd since 1988, and TCC Group of Companies.

Mr. Thapana Sirivadhanabhakdi has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since 2008. He also serves as the Chief of Center of Excellence for the company. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President and a Director of the company from 2003 to 2008. He also held various executive positions, including the Vice-Chairman of Red Bull Distillery (1998) Co Ltd since 2004, and as an Executive Director of BerliJucker Public Company Limited since 2001. He was appointed as the Vice-Chairman of Thai Alcohol Public Company Limited, the Executive Director of Beer Thai (1991) Public Company Limited and the Vice Chairman of Dhospaak Co., Ltd. Mr. Sirivadhanabhakdi also held various positions, including a Director and the Chairman of the Executive Committee of Univentures Public Company Limited, and the Vice Chairman of Siam Food Products Public Company Limited since 2007.

Mr. Pisanu Vichiensanth has been the , Senior Executive Vice President of Chief Production Technology and Engineering and Director of the company since October 2016. Prior to this, he served as the President of Cosmos Brewery (Thailand) Co., Ltd. from 2006 to 2018 and as the President of Beer Thai (1991) Public Company Limited from 2004 to 2018. Earlier, he served as the Director and Senior Vice President of the company from 2004 to 2014.

Mr. Prapakon Thongtheppairot has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President- Chief Spirit Product Group of the company since October 2022. Prior to this he served as Deputy Group CFO and CFO-International Business from October 2020 to September 2022; Chief Route-to-Market from October 2018 to September 2020; Senior Vice President of Beer Product Group from February 2014 to September 2016; Senior Vice President of Finance from July 2012 to February 2014. He also served as Alternate Director to Mr. Sithichai Chaikriangkrai from 2013; Director, International Beverage Holdings Limited from 2012.
