Mr. David Li Kwok-po has been the Chairman of the bank since 1997. He also serves as a Director of The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited, The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels, Limited and San Miguel Brewery Hong Kong Limited. Previously, he served as a Director at Vitasoy International Holdings Limited.

Mr. Brian David Li Man-bun has been a Co-Chief Executive Officer of the bank since 2019 and is its Director since 2014. He joined the bank in 2002. He served as a General Manager and Head of Wealth Management Division of the bank from July 2004 to March 2009. He also serves as a Director of Shenzhen Investment Holdings Bay Area Development Company Limited, Towngas China Company Limited, and China Overseas Land & Investment Limited.

Mr. Adrian David Li Man-kiu has been a Director of the bank since 2014 and is its Co Chief Executive Officer since 2019. He joined the bank as General Manager and Head of Corporate Banking Division in 2000. He was appointed as Deputy Chief Executive in April 2009. He serves as Chairman or Member on the boards of various Bank Group members. He also serves as a Director of two listed companies under the Sino Group, Tsim Sha Tsui Properties Limited, China State Construction International Holdings Limited and COSCO SHIPPING Ports Limited. He is a Member of Mastercard’s Asia Pacific Advisory Board.

Mr. Tong Hon-shing has been the Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the bank since 2009. He also serves as a Director in various bank groups. Prior to this, he served as the bank’s General Manager and Head of Personal Banking Division from 2001 to 2009. Previously, he served as Assistant General Manager of the bank.

Mr. Samson Li Kai-cheong has been the Chief Investment Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the bank since 2009. He also serves as a Director with various bank’s subsidiaries. Previously, he served as Chief Internal Auditor of the bank.
