David M. Rubenstein
Co-Chairman, Co-Founder Executive BoardMr. David M. Rubenstein is the Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of the group. He served as the Co-Chief Executive Officer at the group. Previously, he served as the Deputy Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy from 1977 to 1981. Mr. Rubenstein served as the Chief Counsel to the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on Constitutional Amendments from 1975 to 1976. Earlier, he worked with Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP from 1973 to 1975.
William E. Conway, Jr
Co-Founder; Co-Chairman Executive BoardMr. William E. Conway, Jr., is the Co-Chairman of the group since 2022. He is also the Co-Founder of the group. Previously, he served as the Chief executive Officer, Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer at the group. Earlier, he served at MCI Communications Corporation in various senior managerial roles including the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, and Treasurer.
Justin Plouffe

Lindsay P. LoBue
