Mr. Hidetoshi Sakuma has been the Chairman of the bank since 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the President of the bank from 2009 to 2018. He was an Executive Officer in charge of the Treasury Division and Treasury Operation Division in 2007, and Managing Executive Officer, Head Office of the bank in June 2006. He was also appointed as a Director, General Manager, and Corporate Planning Division of the Bank since June 2003.

Mr. Tsutomu Yonemoto has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the bank since April 2023. He was appointed as a Group Chief Digital Transformation Officer of the bank in 2020. He was appointed as a Senior Executive Officer, Group Chief Strategy Officer, General Manager, Corporate Planning Headquarters, Executive Officer in charge of Corporate Planning Division, Public Relations Division, New Head Office Project Office and Corporate Administration Division of the Bank in 2019. In 2018, he was a Group Chief Business Officer, and General Manager, Business Promotion Headquarters of the bank. Prior to this, he was appointed as a Director and Managing Executive Officer, Executive Officer in charge of Treasury Division and Treasury Operation Division of the bank. He joined the bank 1987 and was appointed as Executive Officer, General Manager, Business Promotion Division of the bank in 2016.

Mr. Tadayoshi Shinozaki has been the Director, Group Chief Strategy Officer, and Senior Executive Officer of the bank since 2022. Prior to this, he served in various leadership roles at bank, including Group Chief Digital Transformation Officer, and Executive Officer in charge of Corporate Planning Division, Digital Innovation Division.
