Mr. Ashtiani Shigeru has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Director, Vice President, Senior Managing Executive Officer and Head of Power Generation Division at the company from 2022 to 2023. He was also the Director, Vice President and Senior Managing Executive Officer, Head of Power Generation Division and Information Systems and Telecommunications Division at the company from 2020 to 2022. Mr. Shigeru was also the Directior, Managing Executive Officer, Deputy Head of Power Generation Division and Head of International Business Division at the company from 2018 to 2020. He was also the Director, Managing Executive Officer, and Deputy Head of Power Generation Division at the company from 2017 to 2018. Previously, he was also the Managing Executive Officer, and Deputy Head of Power Generation Division at the company from 2016 to 2017. Mr. Shigeru was also the Executive Officer, Head of Tottori Regional Office and Deputy Head of Shimane Nuclear Power Headquarters at the company from 2013 to 2016.

Mr. Nakagawa Kengo has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director, and President of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Executive Officer, General Manager of Supply and Demand and Training Division from 2021 to 2022. Previously, he served as the Executive Officer, General Manager of Supply and Demand and Training Division from 2020 to 2021 Mr. Kengo also served as the Executive Officer, General Manager of Sales Business from October 2017 to 2020. Before that, he served as the Executive Officer, General Manager of Corporate Planning Department and General Manager of Nuclear Reinforcement Project from June 2017 to October 2017. He also worked as the Division Manager of Equipment and Technology and General Manager from 2012 to 2017 and General Manager of Power Business from 2011 to 2012.
