Mr. Ashtiani Shigeru has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of power supply business, Executive Vice President and Director of the company from 2022 to 2023. Preceding this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of power supply business, Executive Vice President, Head of Information and communication division and Director of the company from 2020 to 2022. Mr. Shigeru also served as the Managing Executive Officer, Head of Information and Communication and Deputy General Manager of Power Supply Business Headquarters International from 2018 to 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Executive Officer, Deputy General Manager of Power Supply Business Headquarters from 2017 to 2018. He also served as the Managing Executive Officer Deputy General Manager of Power Supply Business Headquarters from 2016 to 2017. Mr. Shigeru also worked as General Manager of Nuclear Power Reinforcement, Project Executive Officer and General Manager of Tottori Branch from 2013 to 2016. Previously, he served as the Executive Officer Power Supply Business, Deputy Chief of Headquarters and Headquarters from 2011 to 2013. Preceding this, he held the position of General Manager of Power Supply Business Division from 2009 to 2013. Mr. Shigeru also worked as the General Manager of Misumi Power Station, Power Supply business. Prior to this, he served as the Manager of Power Supply Business Division.

Mr. Nakagawa Kengo has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Managing Executive Officer, General Manager of Supply and Demand and Training Division form 2021 to 2022. Prior to this he served as the Executive Officer, General Manager of Supply and Demand and Training Division from 2020 to 2021 Mr. Kengo also worked as the Executive Officer, General Manager of Sales Business from October 2017 to 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Officer, General Manager of Corporate Planning Department and General Manager of Nuclear Reinforcement Project from June 2017 to October 2017. He also worked as the Division Manager of Equipment and Technology and General Manager from 2012 to 2017. Prior to this, he held the position of General Manager of Power Business from 2011 to 2012. Previously, he served as the Manager of Shin-Onoda Power Station from 2009 to 2011. Mr. Kengo worked as the Manager of Power Supply Business from 2004 to 2009.
