Mr. Jeff Miller has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at The Container Store. Previously, he served as the Vice President and Controller at FedEx.

Mr. Dhritiman Saha has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer since 2022. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Digital Officer at GameStop from February 2021 to April 2021. Mr. Saha also served as the Global Chief Customer and Digital Officer at Bodybuilding.com from 2018 to 2020 and as Senior Vice President of Digital for JCPenny from 2014 to 2018.

Ms. Melissa Collins has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to that, she served in a variety of roles including as an Art Director and progressing to Senior Director of Creative and Online Services. She served as the Vice President of Creative and Online from 2008 to 2016. She has been with the company for 23 years.

Mr. Stacey Shively has been the Chief Merchandising Office of the company since November 2022. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President and head of merchandising and product development at Bed Bath & Beyond. Prior to this, he also served as Senior Vice President and General Merchandise manager at JCPenney ’s home division.
