Mr. William P. Lauder has been the Chairman of the company since 2009. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from March 2008 to June 2009; and Chief Executive Officer and President of the company from July 2004 to February 2008. Mr. Lauder also served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2003 to 2004. Previously, he served as the Group President of Clinique and Origins brands from 2001 to 2002. Earlier, Mr. Lauder worked as the President of Clinique Laboratories LLC from 1998 to 2001, and Origins Natural Resources Inc. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of Fresh Air Fund, a Co-Chairman of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, and Director of 92nd Street Y.

Mr. Fabrizio Freda has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2009. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company from March 2008 to July 2009. Previously, he held various positions including the President of Global Snacks in Procter & Gamble Company (P&G) for over 20 years. Currently, he serves as a Director of BlackRock, Inc.

Ms. Jane Lauder has been the Executive Vice President of Enterprise Marketing and Chief Data Officer of the company since 2020. She also serves as a Director of the company since 2009. Prior to this, she served as the Global Brand President of Clinique from 2014 to 2020, and Global President, General Manager of the Origins, Ojon, and Darphin brands from 2010 to 2014 at the company. Previously, she worked as the Senior Vice President/General Manager of the Origins brand from July 2008 to July 2010, and Senior Vice President of Global Marketing for Clinique from July 2006 to July 2008. Currently, she also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Eventbrite, Inc.

Ms. Tracey T. Travis has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2012. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance of Ralph Lauren Corporation from 2005 to 2012. She also served on the Boards of Campbell Soup Company from 2011 to 2017, and Jo-Ann Stores Inc. from 2003 to 2011. Previously, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Intimate Brands Inc. and as the Senior Vice President of Finance of Limited Brands from 2001 to 2004. She also worked as the Chief Financial Officer of American National Can. Ms. Travis held various information technology and financial leadership roles in American National Can, Limited Brands, and PepsiCo/Pepsi Bottling Group. She serves as a Director of Accenture PLC and Meta Platforms Inc.

Mr. Quentin Roach has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer of the company since September 2023. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Chief Procurement Officer at Mondelez International.
