Mr. Shyam Srinivasan has been the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the bank since 2010. He also serves as a Director of the bank. Prior to this, he served on the Global Executive Forum of Standard Chartered Bank from 2004 to 2010. Mr. Srinivasan has more than 20 years of experience with leading multinational banks in India, Middle East and South East Asia. He serves as the Chairman of IBA Committee on Member Private Sector Banks and of Policyholder Protection Committee of IDBI Federal. Previously, Mr. Srinivasan served as the Chairman of Kerala State Council of Confederation of Indian Industries.

Ms. Shalini Warrier has been an Executive Director of the bank since 2020. She also serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the bank since 2015 and Head of the Retail Banking department of the bank since 2019. Previously, she served as the Chief Executive Officer and Head of Consumer Banking of Standard Chartered Bank in Brunei. Ms. Warrier served at Standard Chartered Bank in various roles in Indonesia, the UAE, India, Singapore and Brunei. She has more than 25 years of banking experience in Service Quality and Client Experience, Technology, Branch Banking, Operations, Process Management, Project Management, Compliance and Anti Money Laundering.

Mr. Abhaya Prasad Hota has been the Chairman of the bank since June 2023. Previously, he served as a Director of Vijaya Bank and Andhra Bank. He served as the Chief Executive Director and Managing Director of NPCI from 2009 to 2017.

Mr. Venkatraman Venkateswaran has been the Chief Financial Officer and President of the bank since May 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Invensys India Pvt Ltd. Previously, he held various positions in Indian Rayon & Industries and Kewalram Chanrai Group. Earlier, Mr. Venkateswaran also worked at HSBC and SCB.

Mr. MVS Murthy has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the bank since July 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Marketing, Digital and Corporate Communication at TATA AMC.
