Mr. Russell Proutt has been the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director and a Director of the company since 2024. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Charter Hall Group. Prior to this, he served as a Managing Partner at Brookfield Asset Management, focusing on property and infrastructure sectors in Asia. Mr. Proutt also held senior positions in investment banking and the financial services sector in North America.

Ms. Vickki McFadden has been the Chairwoman of the company since 2018. She serves as a member Chief Executive Women and a Director of Australian Institute of company. Prior to this, she served as the President of the Takeovers Panel. Ms. McFadden served as the Chairperson of Skilled Group Limited and a Director of Myer Family Investments Pty Limited and Leighton Holdings Limited. Earlier, she was a Member of the Executive Council and Advisory Board of the UNSW Business School.

Mr. Merran Edwards serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Investment Management and Chief Financial Officer at Investa. She was the Chief Financial Officer at AMP Capital Real Estate and held roles at UBS in investment banking and at KPMG in transaction services.

Ms. Jill Rezsdovics serves as the Chief People Officer of the company. Previously, she was the Chief People and Culture Officer at OFX. She has held senior human resources roles at the Commonwealth Bank and spent 17 years at Morgan Stanley in global and regional roles across Asia, North America, Europe, and Australia.

Mr. Mark Harrison serves as the Chief Investment Officer of the company. Prior to this, he was a Managing Director of Blackstone Real Estate Australia. Mr. Harrison held several leadership roles at Charter Hall, including Head of Capital Transactions, and served as a Divisional Director of Valuations at Knight Frank.
