Mr. Christopher J. Swift has been the Chairman of the company since 2015 and is its Chief Executive Officer since 2014. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Hartford from 2010 to 2014. Prior to this, he served at American International Group Inc as a Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Life and Retirement Services from 2003 to 2010. He also served as an Executive Vice President of Conning Asset Management at General American Life Insurance Company from 1997 to 1999. Mr. Swift served as a Partner and Auditor at KPMG LLP from 1993 to 1997 and 1983 to 1993, respectively.

Ms. Beth A. Costello has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Hartford since 2014. Previously, she served as the President at Talcott Resolution from 2012 to 2014, Senior Vice President and Controller from 2007 to 2012, and Vice President from 2004 to 2007.

Ms. Deepa Soni has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since March 2024. She serves as Head of Technology, Data, Analytics, Cyber and Operations of the company. Previously, she served as Executive Vice President of the company.

Mr. Robert W. Paiano has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer at Hartford since 2017. Previously, he served as a Senior Vice President and Treasurer of the company from 2010 to 2017.
