Mr. Edward P. Decker has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and President of the company from October 2020 to February 2022. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President of Merchandising of the company from 2014 to 2020. Mr. Decker served as the Senior Vice President of Retail Finance, Pricing Analytics, and Assortment Planning at the company from 2006 to 2014. He joined the company in 2000 and held various strategic planning roles, including serving as Vice President of Strategic Business Development from 2002 to 2006 and Senior Vice President of Strategic Business and Asset Development from April 2006 to September 2006. Earlier, he held several positions in strategic planning, business development, finance, and treasury at Scott Paper Co., and Kimberly-Clark Corp.

Richard V. McPhail has been an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Finance Control and Administration of the Company from 2017 to 2019. From 2014 to 2017, he served as the Senior Vice President of finance of the company. Mr. McPhail served as the Senior Vice President of Global FP&A, Strategy, and New Business Development from 2013 to 2014; Vice President of Strategic Business Development from 2007 to 2013; and a Director of Strategic Business Development from 2005 to 2007. Prior to joining the company in 2005, he served as an Executive Vice President of corporate finance at Marconi Corporation plc in London. Prior to Marconi, Mr. McPhail held various position at Arthur Andersen and Wachovia Securities.

Ms. Kimberly R. Scardino has been the Chief Accounting Officer, Controller, and Senior Vice President of Finance of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Walgreens Boots Alliance. Earlier he served as the Senior Vice President and Business Advisory Controller at The American Express Company. Previously she served in various accounting, business development and structured finance roles at Credit Suisse and Lyondell Chemical Company.

Mr. Fahim Siddiqui has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company since April 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Information Technology from December 2018 to April 2022. Earlier he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of eCommerce and Digital at Staples Inc.

Ms. Molly Battin has been the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2022. Previously, she held various executive leadership positions across prolific brands including Coca-Cola, Warner Media and Delta Air Lines.
