Mr. Edward P. Decker has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President of the company since October 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and President of the company from October 2020 to February 2022. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President of Merchandising of the company from August 2014 to October 2020. Mr. Decker served as the Senior Vice President of Retail Finance, Pricing Analytics, and Assortment Planning at the company from October 2006 to July 2014. He joined the company in 2000 and held various strategic planning roles, including serving as Vice President of Strategic Business Development from 2002 to 2006 and Senior Vice President of Strategic Business and Asset Development from April 2006 to September 2006. Earlier, he held several positions in strategic planning, business development, finance, and treasury at Scott Paper Co., and Kimberly-Clark Corp.

Mr. Richard V. McPhail has been an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the company since September 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Finance Control and Administration of the Company from August 2017 to August 2019. He served as the Senior Vice President of finance of the company from August 2014 to September 2017. Mr. McPhail served as the Senior Vice President of Global FP&A, Strategy, and New Business Development from March to August 2013 to 2014; Vice President of Strategic Business Development from 2007 to 2013; and a Director of Strategic Business Development from 2005 to 2007. Prior to joining the company in 2005, he served as an Executive Vice President of corporate finance at Marconi Corporation plc in London. Prior to Marconi, Mr. McPhail held various position at Arthur Andersen and Wachovia Securities.

Ms. Kimberly R. Scardino serves as the Chief Accounting Officer, Controller, and Senior Vice President of Finance of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Walgreens Boots Alliance. Earlier, she served as the Senior Vice President and Business Advisory Controller at The American Express Company. Ms. Scardino served in various accounting, business development and structured finance roles at Credit Suisse and Lyondell Chemical Company.

Ms. Angie Brown has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company since May 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Information Technology of the company.

Ms. Franziska Bell has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the company since April 2026. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Data, AI and Analytics officer at Ford Motor Company. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President of digital technology at BP.
